Questions

Common questions

Something else? Call (360) 665-7898.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier if it falls on a holiday weekend.

What should the drop-off spot look like?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can access, free of low-hanging wires and away from any digging.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We pump the holding tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and clearance for wheelchair maneuvering.

How do extended rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you contact us for removal.
